Had a modern and airy room and a varied breakfast for my needs. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were welcoming people from life guards to maids. The location was marvellous in main restaurant downstairs.

The hotel impressed with its really good service, particularly from friendly staff, including Rocio and Abdul. While the beach location is excellent, I found the food a bit bland, necessitating a few dinners out. The entertainment was quite enjoyable, with fun shows in the Brandy Well pub.

The staff in Luabay were very pleasant. It was well located. There was lots of good entertainment laid on. And the complex was well maintained and clean.
Too many steps.....Too many steps........Too many steps.

Hotel was in a great location and we enjoyed stay apart from the smell in the main restaurant
The sewer smell in the. Main restaurant. Which the hotel staff admitted they were aware of and had complained to the municipal council. The restaurant was in the basement and even with air freshness in the restaurant there was still a smell. Out of 7 evenings we only. Ate twice in the evening. We complained to the manager but they could do nothing would not return unless this problem was solved.

Hotel is a good 4star hotel, all inclusive is nice although don't expect amazing food
They over book, and send guests to other hotel for 1night , staff did their best to fix, but anyway inexcusable

The location was perfect with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed days lounging by the pool and the friendly staff. Breakfast was varied and fresh, ensuring a great start to each day. We'll definitely be back to relive this fun vacation!
The gym left much to be desired, as it wasn't up to standard. It was disappointing for those of us wanting to train .

- It is very close to beach (compared to most Lanzarote hotels) - The food is decent.
- Almost no additional facilities than the pool. - The breakfast/dining hall is underground and has a funny smell (unless you sit at one far end corner of it). I guess, poor ventilation combined with all grilling, etc going on. Aside from the smell, the food quality was good though. - Here was the first time I saw wine on-tap (unless you pay quite a bit extra) Tastes horrible... I wish they had cut down their costs somewhere else and have offered at least one drinkable wine. We ended up going around the corner and buying from supermarket to take with us to dining. Even the cheapest 3euro bottle is 10 times better! - The beds are two separate single ones. Seems to be the case in most Luabay hotel chains. I guess they want couples to surely sleep far apart...

The beds were in dire need of replacement, with an uncomfortable feel that left me pondering my life choices each night. My supposed pool view room was disappointing, blocked by a large tree, made enjoying the view a bit of a joke. Dining areas were overcrowded, and the ambiance felt more like a cafeteria than a cozy restaurant. Food temperature was another hazard. Multiple dishes came out lukewarm, raising concerns about overall quality. Lastly, the frequently loud music by the pool was less than relaxing, especially with guests competing for the title of 'loudest sound system' during the day.
